Aubergine Sauce
Aubergine Sauce Made from our mild Brinjal Kasundi which we make using locally sourced ingredients such as onion, garlic, ginger and eggplant. The spices are roasted and ground fresh for each batch and then the chutney is cooked slowly for a long time. What makes this sauce different? We stir through coconut cream. This sauce was originally made as a marinade for chicken skewers but it's also extremely delicious paired with pasta, stir fries and curries.
Ingredients: Eggplant, onion, ginger, garlic, vinegar, sugar, olive oil, coconut, spices, salt and chilli. 300ml
