Rocket leaves
1/3 cup roasted hazelnuts
Blue cheese
1/3 cup marinated figs cut into quarters
Handful of fresh herbs (we used thyme)
Squeeze of lemon juice
Olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Drizzle olive oil, vinegar and lemon juice over rocket and mixed herbs. Transfer the greens into salad bowl. Scatter hazelnuts, blue cheese and marinated figs over greens. Give the salad a little toss. Enjoy!
